ئێوارەی ٢١/ ١٢/ ٢٠٢٤، د.هەڤاڵ ئەبوبەکر پارێزگاری سلێمانی، لە قاوەخانەی جان، بەشداریکرد لە ڕێوڕەسمی ناساندن و بڵاوکردنەوەی شاکارێکی هونەریی و ئەدەبیی کتێبی (من و شارەکان)ی بەڕێزان بەهایدن و هیوا قادر، کە بە هەرسێ زمانی کوردیی و ئەڵمانیی و ئینگلیزیی لە ئەڵمانیا چاپکراوەو دەقەکان لەلایەن هونەرمەندی بەڕێز شوان عەتوف بە ژەنینی ئاوازی ناوازەی هونەرمەندی بەڕێز ڕاستی جەمال کوردیی بەدەنگ و ئەداو سەدایەکی شایستە خوێندرانەوەو، پارێزگاری سلێمانی بەشداریی لە پشتوانیکردنی چاپکردنیدا کردووەو بە چەند دێڕێک بەشداریی لە پێشەکیی ئەم کارە ناوازەیەدا کردووە:
((ئێمه‌و ئێوه‌و شاره‌كان
بیرو بینین و بنیات و بینا
ئه‌م كاره شایسته هاوبه‌شانه‌ی هه‌ردوو هاوڕێی به‌هره‌مه‌ندو داهێنه‌ر؛ شێوه‌كاری به‌هادار كاكه به‌هایدن و، شاعیری گه‌وهه‌ردار كاكه هیوا قادرم؛ بینیی و خوێنده‌‌وه، كه هه‌ردووكیان خه‌ڵكی ئه‌م شاره شیرینه‌ی ئێمه‌ن، ئێمه‌و ئه‌وان یه‌كه‌م وێستگه‌ی ژینمان له‌م شاری سلێمانییه‌وه ده‌ستپێكرد، هه‌ر لێره‌وه ئاوه‌زو بیرو زه‌ینمان له دۆخ و قۆناغی جیاجیادا؛ هه‌نگاویان پێهه‌ڵگرتین و ئاشنای چه‌ندین شارو گوندو ئاوه‌دانیی و ساراو شاراو توله‌ڕێ و كوێره‌دێ و سه‌راب و بیابان و دۆڵ و شاخ و كانی و جۆگه‌و زێ و ڕوبارو ده‌ریاو زه‌ریایان؛ كردین.
وشه؛ وێنه‌ی بیرێكی نوسراوه، وێنه‌یش؛ وشه‌ی بیرێكی كێشراوه، كاتێك درك و په‌یپێبردن و ئاستی گوزارشتكردن و ده‌ربڕین و سه‌رنجی وردو نیگای تیژو خوێندنه‌وه‌ی گه‌ردیله‌یی؛ لای شێوه‌كارێك یان شاعیرێك ده‌خه‌مڵێن، ئیتر بونێكی نوێ دێته‌كایه‌وه كه له‌وانه‌ی تر ناچێت، به‌رده‌وامیی به بوون و به ژیان و به ژین و به ژینگه‌و به داهێنان و به نه‌مریی ده‌به‌خشێت، خۆ ئه‌گه‌ر هه‌ردوو ئه‌م كه‌سانه، دوو كاری هونه‌رمه‌ندانه‌یان، هه‌ره‌وه‌زییانه؛ كرد به‌یه‌ك، وشه‌و هێڵ، هێزی نوسین و تینی ڕه‌نگیان ئاوێزانكرد، هه‌موو هه‌سته‌وه‌ره هه‌ستیی و نه‌ستیی و ڕاستیی و ئه‌ندێشه‌یی وئه‌فسانه‌یی و ئه‌زمونگه‌رییه‌كانیان، به هۆشیارییه‌وه؛ تێكه‌ڵاوكرد: ئه‌وا ده‌بێته ئه‌م پیشانگا قسه‌كه‌ره، یان ئه‌م دیوانه تابلۆییه‌ی به‌رده‌ستان، كه (من و شاره‌كان)ه.
ئێمه وه‌ك پارێزگای سلێمانی كه بایه‌خ به په‌روه‌رده‌و كولتورو ژینگه‌و ئابوریی و سه‌قامگیریی ده‌ده‌ین و، شاری داهێنه‌ری ئه‌ده‌بین له یونسكۆدا، یه‌كێكین له كۆنترین شوێنه‌واره شارستانییه به‌رده‌وامه‌كانی دنیا، وه‌ك شارێكی نوێیش له 1784ه‌وه؛ له‌سه‌ر بنه‌ماكانی؛ بازرگانیی و پیشه‌سازیی و ڕۆشنبیریی، بنیاتنراوه‌و دواتر بنه‌ما شارستانییه نوێكانی وه‌ك: په‌روه‌رده‌و فێربوون، به‌شداریی و ئازادیی ژنان، هونه‌ره جوانه‌كانی بۆ زیادكراوه، به ئه‌ركی خۆمانمان زانی پشتیوانی ئه‌م به‌رهه‌مه ناوازه ئه‌ده‌بیی و هونه‌رییه مۆتیڤگه‌ره؛ بكه‌ین.
شانازین كه دوو كه‌سێتیی كارای ده‌ركه‌وتووی سه‌ركه‌وتووی شاره‌كه‌مان؛ دیمه‌ن و چیرۆكی شاره‌كانی ترمان له ژانرو كارێكی داهێنه‌رانه‌ی نوێدا، بۆ نمایشده‌كه‌ن و، ده‌مانناسێنن به هه‌موو ئه‌و شارانه‌ی تری كه ئه‌وان ده‌یانه‌وێت به ئێمه‌ی ئاشنابكه‌ن.
دواجار كاكه به‌هایدن و كاكه هیوا قادر: له باڵیۆزی كولتوری ڕه‌سه‌نی ئێمه‌وه، ده‌بن به باڵیۆزی هه‌موو جیهان.

We, You and the Cities
Thoughts, Sights, Structures and Buildings
I saw and read this worthy joint work of both talented and creative friends; the esteemed painter Mr. Bahaydn and the poetic lapidary Mr. Hiwa Qadir; who are both from this sweet city of ours. They and I started our first stage of life in Slemani. Right from here, our minds, thoughts and cognizance, in different situations and stages, took us forward and introduced us to many cities, villages, venues, wilderness, hay-stacks, sheep-trails, remote hamlets, mirages, deserts, valleys, mountains, springs, brooks, streams, rivers, seas and oceans.
Word is the image of a written thought, and image is the word of a drawn thought. When an artist or a poet’s perception, wit, level of expression, utterance, close attention, sharp gaze and precise reading would blossom; then a new existence emerges that is unlike the others, giving continuity to existence, life, environment, innovation and to immortality. And when these two individuals merge their respective artistic creations collaboratively; when they intertwine words and lines, the power of writing and the potency of color; when they intermingle all their conscious, subconscious, real, imaginative, mythical and experiential senses, wakefully; then all this will result in this talking exhibition, or this book of paintings available to you; i.e. “Me and the Cities”.
As Slemani Governorate, paying attention to education, culture, environment, economy and stability, as the UNESCO Creative City of Literature, we are one of the oldest sustainable archeological habitational monuments in the world. Established in 1784 as a nascent city, its foundation rested upon commerce, industry and culture, and then it has embraced additional pillars of civilization, including education and learning, women’s participation and freedom, and fine arts. We felt it incumbent upon us to support this distinctive and motivational literary and artistic work.
We are proud that two outstanding and successful personalities of our city show us the scenes and stories of other cities in a new creative genre, and introduce us to all the other cities they want to familiarize us with.
Finally, Mr. Bahaydn and Mr. Hiwa Qadir will turn from being ambassadors of our authentic culture into ambassadors of the whole world.
