In the presence of Mr. Hama Hama Saeed, Minister of Culture and Youth; and under the supervision and initiative of Dr. Mohsin Adib, Director General of Culture and Arts of Slemani, along with the General Directorate, the scientific board, researchers, and attendees; Dr. Haval Abubaker, the Governor of Slemani, participated in the First Scientific Forum on Cultural Policy, held under the slogan ‘Culture as a Savior.’

The forum will continue for two days and will feature six panel discussions.

During a panel discussion, he presented the plans, actions, projects, and strategies of the Governor and the Governorate of Slemani regarding this field.
