A poem by Kurdish poet Mohammed Pakzh has ranked 8th in the 3rd World Poetry Event held in Austria. Organized by the Amazonas Foundation, the competition featured 797 poets from 61 countries. This year’s theme was “Children and Peace,” and Pakzh’s poem focused on the devastating impact of war on children.
