The second edition of the Mobile Kurdish Film Festival commenced today in Slemani. The festival is organized by the Vim Foundation and held with media sponsorship from Kurdsat Media Corporation. Seven short films are being screened on the first day, and a panel discussion is scheduled for the second day to explore the role and opportunities of mobile phones in contemporary filmmaking.
