Today, Dr. Haval Abubaker, the Governor of Slemani, received the renowned Kurdish author, researcher, and translator, Mohammad Hama Salih Tawfiq. Mr. Mohammad visited to present his latest exceptional works to the Slemani International Library. During the meeting, the Governor expressed his gratitude and presented the guest with the latest book by international researcher and writer Joost Hiltermann regarding the Anfal genocide. The book was published by Afsaneh Press in London and was sponsored by the Governor of Slemani.
