Slemani Honors the Memory of Late Artist Qadir Kaban

Yesterday, Dr. Haval Abubaker, Governor of Slemani, received Mr. Wrya Baqir, Director of the General Office of the Youth Activity Development Center, along with his accompanying delegation. During the meeting, they discussed the publication of the complete collection of children’s poetry and stories by the distinguished and esteemed author,M.Latif Halmat.

The Governor of Slemani decided that this exceptional work by M.Latif Halmat will be published as a joint project between the Slemani Governorate and the Youth Activity Development Center.
