Today, Dr. Haval Abubaker, the Governor of Slemani, participated in a ceremony at the ‘Slemani My Shining City’ Cultural and Heritage Center and Jamal Baban Library to commemorate the founding of Slemani. The event also included the presentation of the annual award of the late lawyer Jamal Baban to the Great Scholar of Kurdistan National Heritage, Mr. Abdulraqib Yusuf.
