The date for the 28th Galawezh International Festival has been announced.

Following a meeting of its high committee, the Galawezh Cultural Center decided to hold the 28th Galawezh International Festival in Slemani on November 20-22, 2025.

After all submissions for the Galawezh International Festival were handed over to the three evaluation committees (research, story, poetry), the committees assessed the works within a specified period and returned their selections to the Galawezh Center. Subsequently, during the high committee meeting, the Galawezh Cultural Center decided to hold the 28th Galawezh International Festival on November 20-22, 2025.
