The Governor extended his congratulations to Mr. Ibrahim Alipoor for his creative achievement in becoming the first Kurd in seventy years to receive the 2025 World Press Photo award—often referred to as the “Nobel of Photography.” Furthermore, he thanked them for their consultation, suggestions, and shared expertise, offering them his gratitude and continued support.
