Today, Dr. Haval Abubaker, Governor of Slemani, under the patronage and presence of Mr. Hama Hama Saeed, Minister of Culture and Youth of the Kurdistan Regional Government, and Dr. Muhsin Adeeb, Director General of Culture and Arts in Slemani, along with a large number of academics and dignitaries from Kurdistan; participated in a seminar dedicated to Professor Abdul-Raqeeb Youssef, a prominent historian and archaeologist from Kurdistan and the world. The seminar focused on his latest efforts regarding ancient historical sites, and the ceremony of bestowing upon him the scientific title of (Great Scholar of National Heritage) by the Minister of Culture and Youth.

Later, the Governor of Slemani presented his congratulations and the special award of the Slemani Governorate to the Great Scholar of National Heritage, Professor Abdul-Raqeeb Youssef.
