Tonight, Dr. Haval Abubaker, Governor of Slemani, participated in the Jamal Nebez Golden Pen Award ceremony in the Sharif Pasha Hall in the Slemani Governorate building, in the presence of Mrs. Shanaz Ibrahim Ahmed, the First Lady of Iraq. The award, for the novelist and intellectual Professor Ibrahim Ahmed’s session, was organized under the supervision of Mrs. Nimat Tofiq Mahmoud, by the Jamal Nebez Cultural Organization, with the support of the Governor of Slemani, Kurdsat Media Foundation, Caro Publishing, the worthy efforts of Mrs. Shanaz Jamal, and Sky Design.

The Jamal Nebez Golden Pen Award for 2025 was presented to the esteemed Professor Dr. Hamid Bozarsalan, a writer, researcher, and academic from Kurdistan and the world.

Additionally, the Kirkuk Music Group presented several unique artistic performances.
