Today, Dr. Haval Abubaker, the Governor of Slemani, received Dr. Sherwankhan, a specialist in comic book art and graphic design.

During the meeting, they discussed new projects and the publication of a comic magazine. The project is set to be implemented with the support and partnership of the Goethe-Institut (Germany), Hiwa Foundation, Oblò magazine (Italy), the Design Department at the University of Sulaimani, and the Graphic Design Department at the University of Bremen (Germany), featuring contributions from artists in the field.

The Governor expressed his congratulations and appreciation, pledging his full support. He also decided to become a key supporter and partner in this distinguished national and international project.
