On 23rd Oct. 2023, Slemani UNESCO Creative City of Literature office, participated online in the annual conference of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network, which all its creative fields (Literature, Music, Film, Gastronomy, Design, Media Arts, Crafts and Folk Art) and more than 200 cities of the network worldwide participated in. In the conference, the reports of each creative field were presented separately. Likewise, the ways in which culture, literature, arts, and the different creative fields take parts in the economic growth and development of the livelihood of the residents of those cities were discussed, in planning to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals which are part of the UN and UNESCO’s goals until 2030.
