the Namdar Qaradaghi Music Learning Center in Slemani held a melody composition and music distribution competition at the Art Building. The event featured exceptional performances by its students and was graced by the presence of Dr.Haval Abubaker, Governor of Slemani, and Dr. Muhsin Adeeb, Director General of Culture and Arts.

Successful students received special awards and recognition from Dr. Haval Abubaker, a key supporter of the center. Dr. Adeeb presented honorary shields to the talented artists and students, and participation certificates were distributed to all.
