Held under the theme “Human Dignity” and supported by Kurdsat Media Agency, the 6th Slemani International Film Festival successfully concluded its activities, which ran from September 9 to 15, 2026.

Over the course of a week dedicated to cinema, the festival showcased 108 films from 22 countries, gathering international filmmakers, producers, and journalists in Slemani for a vibrant celebration of the silver screen.

The closing ceremony featured the presentation of festival awards to the winners.
