Today, Dr. Haval Abubaker, Governor of Slemani, accompanied by Dr. Latif Rashid, former President of the Federal Republic of Iraq, visited the Dr. Latif Rashid Gallery and the Kurdish-Arab Cultural Center. It is the first permanent gallery to exhibit the artworks of Kurdish and Arab artists together.

This Gallery built to a high artistic and architectural standard based on authentic local cultural traditions, it was established through their own initiative and at their private expense.
