Rahand Cultural Center is a cultural Center in the city of Slemani, established in 2018. The center consists of a library, a café, and a hall for conferences and seminars. Rahand is a private sector project that also plans to establish a publishing house dedicated specifically to publishing novels and books in the fields of thought and philosophy.

The primary objective of the Rahand Center is to promote the culture of reading and writing. Rahand aims to develop this culture through specialized courses. In addition to publishing books that are beneficial to Kurdish readers and the current stage of Kurdish society, the center places special emphasis on contemporary thought, philosophy, and novels that focus on raising the level of public awareness.
